FOX MEADOWS is a new assisted living home in Fort Collins.  It is owned and operated by Northern Colorado Living Solutions, founded in 2004.  NCLS also owns TURNBERRY PLACE ASSISTED LIVING which has been in operation since 2007. 

As our population ages, the need for assisted care options will increase in the Fort Collins area. FOX MEADOWS  is a smaller assisted care option offering “family-type” living for up to 8 persons.   This house was carefully selected for  its’ uniqueness and “country charm.”  Located on a small pond just along the foothills, there is much wildlife to enjoy as well a great overlook of the city lights at night.   FOX MEADOWS is nurse-owned and managed and is licensed by the state of Colorado for up to 8 residents.

FOX MEADOWS ASSISTED LIVING offers 24 hour a day care to those who need assistance with activities of daily living, including assistance with dressing, bathing, medications, and meal preparation.  Our staff is specially selected and trained to meet the individual needs of our residents.

Many assisted living facilities offer the same types of services as FOX MEADOWS; some even with more activities and amenities. At FOX MEADOWS, we consider ourselves to be an “assisted living HOME.” It is the philosophy of FOX MEADOWS to allow our residents to “age in place”; meaning that we will do all we can to keep our residents from having to make another move into a higher level care facility. We do this by special training of our own staff, addition of ancillary supports such as Hospice or contracting with additional private care staff.
